I found this book to be very well thought out and well written. This book has some deep and meaningful information for me, it is required some deep concentration and thoughtfulness, otherwise I probably would miss a lot of the intended message but I tried to covered everything also it’s taking a long time for me to complete. But I really enjoyed this book. I think this book should be really successful and great addition to any leader. The book was really helpful and gives me priceless good advice and helped me clarify some new thoughts and feelings. The Author argued that one of the most important jobs of a leader is to regulate the emotional atmosphere of the community.
