Stakeholder Analysis Stakeholder analysis is defined as the process of identifying the project stakeholders before the project begins, grouping them in terms of their levels of participation, influence and interests and lastly determining how to involve and communicate effectively with one other. The key stakeholders in the project will be the client, the project manager, the project contractor and the local authorities and professional bodies who will be the sponsor of the project. The main function of the client will be to finance the project. The project manager will be the intermediary between the client and the contractor. The project contractor will be entitled to a number of duties. First, to determine the labour force/ manpower required, then to look for subcontractors for the material provision and top generally oversee the whole project to ensure the project will go up to completion.
