Brandon Dieterle AGB 301_01 Dieterle’s Trading Experience When I first enrolled ABG 301 I had no clue what the futures market even was. When I obtained the knowledge of precisely what the futures market was and I felt confident I could contribute my judgments to the market to turnout a profit on TradeSim. I decided that my strategy would be to use The Dieterle Theory or my opinion approach. I began rummaging around on Wall Street Journal’s website for information on commodities that I contemplated would have the largest increase in price over October and November. I was content with sticking to the short long approach therefore limiting me to only picking commodities in which I believe would escalate in price. The first trade I completed was two wheat contracts on October 7 th , 2009, I figured I love beer, holidays are coming up and wheat is used for so many other products it’s bound to increase. Leave it to the Dieterle Theory to have the right opinion on each contract I made $2797.50. I soon sold these two contracts on October 21
