Micelle-spherical bond of phospholipids surrounded by water with a lipid center iv. Bilayer 1. Micelle in a circle with water in the middle and outside with a lipid ring between the two bilayers c. Amino Acids and Peptide Bonds i. Amino Acids (review)-basic amino group and acidic carboxyl group and variable R-group ii. Peptides bond-covalent bond between –NH2 and –COOH iii. Amino Acid Chains 1. Short chains – less than 10 AAs = oligopeptides
