Critique each of the alternative approaches suggested for solving the problem of selecting patient escorts? Critique of the Chief Supervisor of patient escorts: The Chief Supervisor suggested the problem with selecting patient escorts was the application lacking prudent personality questions to determine if an applicant is courteous and has the right attitude for the job. In addition to these questions, the Chief Supervisor suggested the applicants should have three letters of recommendation focusing on the applicants’ personality as it relates to the job. These are all good suggestion to help improve the selection process. It focuses on solutions to help weed out the discourteous behavior that is not appropriate for the job. If the applicants are honest with the answers and the applicants find honest people to write the recommendations then this will help the selection process. The negative side to this suggestion is dishonest people that will say and do anything to
