Instead, users use applications called forms. t A form allows a user to easily interact with the database by inserting, updating, viewing, and deleting data. t The IT/IS professionals (like you) use an Oracle utility (i.e., Developer Suite ) such as Form Builder to create Windows-based (and Web- based) form.
