Unformatted text preview: table if they were not able to do it. Every time that a server came back to the kitchen, they would leave taking out either someones food or drinks. No one was to leave the kitchen with empty hands, one way or another. This most difficult person most of the time would just stand right outside of the kitchen and talk to the other servers and just never come into the kitchen. When they did finally come into the kitchen, they would shoot back out unnoticed. The last thing that made this person difficult to work with was when it came to the checking out duties. Every server is to sweep their section and roll silverware. This person would do a lackluster job sweeping their section and then they would complain about how many silverware they had to roll and end up not rolling enough. Working with a person this difficult just makes everyones job more difficult and frustrating....
