Assist the Executive Director with alleviating problems with customers Essential Job Functions: 1. Perform surprise visits and inspections (twice daily) to each contracted pool in the area to ensure safe, efficient, and proper operation of pools and employees (35%) 2. Administer (one weekly) in-services to employees to assure proper Knowledge, skills, and abilities stay sharp (20%) 3. Identify safety hazards and relay them to maintenance technicians. Follow through with the issue’s completion (15%)
