For the largest ratio K/(beta/alpha)=1.5, the molecular levels are generally larger than 20 and spread from 20 to 110. K/(beta/alpha)=0.5 Pattern 1: HLHLHLHLHLHL, P(pattern1)=6/10 Pattern 2: HLLH twice , P( pattern2)=4/10 K/(beta/alpha)=1.0 Pattern 1: HLHLHLHLHLHL, P(pattern1)=10/10 K/(beta/alpha)=1.5 Pattern3: evenly distributed between 20 to 110, P(pattern3)=5/10 Pattern4: cluster into 2 groups 20-40 and 80-110, P(pattern4)=5/10 For a smaller K/(beta/alpha), it shows the pattern of a high molecular level cell next to a low molecule level cell. This pattering is from the lateral inhibition in Delta-Notch signaling. If the Ratio=1.5 Delta level is high, it inhibits its neighbors Delta levels. For a larger ratio of K/(beta/alpha), the inhibit effect to its neighbor cells is lower. Thus, the patterning is not that obvious....
