Including: loss to cable of younger viewers, loss to cable of viewers seeking targeted programs (specific to their preferences), and some loss to DVR viewers Data / Research showing expected positive results NBC research showed that about 54% of it’s viewers would watch more network TV if there is a comedy show they could count on and that would entertain them. Research also showed that Jay Leno is a “brand” that the viewers trust and enjoy. So it might have seemed logical to make the move. NBC also expected more than 4.6 million
