Discuss and finalize your team selection, communicate it to me for my approval and comments prior to commencing work on your project. BASE INFORMATION REQUIRED: Your analysis should include the following at a minimum - I. Aggregate Revenue & Profitability : What is the total market size? Put another way, what is the aggregate revenue of all the participants in this industry? Define market size as either Global/US or both. How profitable is this industry? Examine gross margin, operating margin or net operating income as a % of sales revenue. Define profitability consistently for comparison purposes. II. Growth : Is this industry growing year-over-year? Examine growth rate for the current year, and prior 3 years at a minimum.
