Fortunately, by 1990 the American Heart Association found ways to lower the risk of heart diseases by changing peoples diets to a mostly vegetarian meal program. Dr. John McDougall was the first to prove heart disease could be reversed by putting people on a vegetarian diet in 1990. Opposingly, vegetarian diets can also have its risks.
