Thus expression of DNA can not be observed effectively. If the pressure is too low DNA coated particles are evenly distributed and their densities are low. If pressure is increased in the range of optimal pressure it enhances the effectiveness of the bombardment. When we compare plate 4 and 5 pressure is increased from 42 to 45 and spot number increase to 49 from 45 so this proves the theory. For most plant studies 1000 psi. (68

It is stated that 68 bars is optimal or nearly optimal for most plan studies but if we look at plate 5 and 7 when we increase pressure from 45 bar to 52 bar there is a dramatic decrease in the number of spots from 49 to 4.
