I decided to provide you four questions to give you an idea of my style of question writing. You'll note that I don't test your memorization skills; rather, I test you on your inductive reasoning abilities. If you have a strong grasp of the CONCEPTS, then you'll do well with my questions. In all cases READ THE QUESTIONS CAREFULLY and READ THE POSSIBLE CHOICES CAREFULLY. I wish to point out that you will encounter several questions in the form "Your patient exhibits _______, which of the following will MOST LIKELY (or LEAST LIKELY) contribute to her presentation?" To answer that type of a question, look at the choices and simply ask yourself: would this problem/ailment cause these symptoms. So, be aware that you can logically answer a question regarding LOSS of function, because you already learned what happens in a normal situation. DO NOT over think the question. You may end up hypothesizing some extraordinary mechanism to justify an incorrect answer. 1)
