Through this memo I want to emphasize and explain these differences. The purpose of academic writing: to present the results of one's knowledge to present the results gained from one's personal research to present one's point of view to indent the paragraphs to write long pages The purpose of technical writing: teaching someone how to use a specific product or service describing the procedures about various tasks
