This homework uses some simple design and analysis methods which might be useful in your labs. I suggest looking at it sooner than just before it is due. Consider a nominal plant model, given by, P ( s ) = 10 a s ( s + a ) , with a = 10 . Our perturbed model set, P , is given by a multiplicative perturbation, P = { (1 + W ( s )( s )) P ( s ) | | ( j ) | 1 , ( s ) stable } . We will set up a control design problem and test several controllers for nominal stability, robust stability, nominal performance and robust performance. Because you will need to fine tune several control designs, create a Matlab script that generates all of the things requested here....
