April Little 09/27/2019 ORGL-111-0CW LO 1 Under what circumstances do you believe a statement can be logical even if it is illogically supported? Provide two examples to support your response. Nj8 I believe a statement can be logical while being illogically supported, when the normal result of something changes or even stereotypes are applied. For example “ There is a attack upon a country and another country in close proximity to this country is known for executing terrorist attacks. While it may be safe to assume that the country with a reputation for terrorist attacks is guilty. Another country accepts fault, but even with the truth the leaders if the attacked country assume that the country with the negative reputation still had something to do with it.” LO 2 Give an example of a valid argument and explain. All actresses are singers. Halle Berry is an actress. Therefore Halle Berry would be considered a singer. This is considered a valid argument because it brings the premise and the conclusion together. LO 3 Which of the following are arguments? If it is an argument, identify the conclusion of the argument. If it is not an argument write "not an argument".
