Project Planning-Technical Paper 50th Wedding Anniversary 2 schedule of what should be started, going on and completed in order to give the Evans a phenomenal party. Project Scope The purpose of this project is to manage the overall planning and organization of a 50 th anniversary celebration. The project is collaboration between the Evans family, the Zayde and Company and the primary goal are to organize, and host said party. The location will be agreed upon by the stakeholders and the company within a later specified period before the actual celebration. The management project will consist of the primarily functions of the party to include selecting locations, distributing invitations, retrieving RSVP’s, and hosting the event. Each element of the following elements will be discussed in detail below. The location selecting process will entail choosing several banquet halls within the agreed upon price range. The stakeholders will have the final decision on which banquet hall to use. The banquet hall must meet the requirements set forth by the stakeholders in conjunction to participation and proximity to attendees. Either all communications on the project must be made in writing, via email or regular mail and any communiqués not expressed through writing will not be considered as an update to project. All persons involved in the communication will have 24-hour accessible emails with Blackberry phones. All team members will be updated by the team leader via the Blackberry phones. Zayde and Company will be responsible for the distribution of the invitations; however, the client must provide the list of names of invitees. In addition, the company will collect the RSVP and these will be used the set up seating arrangement at the facility. The company will
