1.Management of Joy Chocolate took a several different training to achieve professional qualifications in making chocolate which had a huge impact on the quality of the product. Suzy also was traveling around Europe to gain work experience and become an expert in making chocolate. Management also made sure that all staff is well trained in different aspect of making chocolate. They were building knowledge and develop skills to make sure they know what their job is and what to do to produce the best product on the market. The company was also investing in new equipment for the factory which had an impact on the quality of the product and on the comfort of working .To make sure the company will meet customers needs and wants Suzy was visiting consumers to make sure company is doing the right think and get the information what could be done to be better and satisfy clients. She was also meeting suppliers to discuss future goals and needs for production to make work smother. Adrian involved his team in a process of keeping waste to minimum. This have an impact on the way customers looked at the company as waste reduction is very important for our natural environment.
