Use Case Glossary Enter service request This use case describes the event of creating a new service request. Enter work records This use case documents the event of a technician entering work done relating to a service request including time and billing. Enter work orders This use case documents the event of technicians entering work orders relating to clients calling in the need to have a service done. Check-in Inventory This use case describes the process of having to check in and document all new inventory that comes in. Enter configuration information This use case describes all configuration information that is documented and entered into the system. Enter new clients This use case describes every new client the company comes in contact with and how it’s entered into the system. View unresolved requests This use case describes a list of unresolved requests. Manual resolve service request This use case describes the system manually
