Unformatted text preview: Macbeth Act Homework In the beginning of the Act, three witches are discussing when they will meet again during a stormy night. They talk about Macbeth and that they will meet with him. Paradox Occurs. Next scene takes place at a military camp. King Duncan, who is the King of Scotland, talks with a bloody captain. They talk about Macbeth and his great achievement fighting Mcdonwald, who is a traitor. The king then gives Macbeth the title “Thane of Cawdor”. Scene three takes place with the witches who encounter Macbeth and Banquo. The witches inform Macbeth that he will be Thane of Glamis, Thane of Cawdor and the King of Scotland. They tell Banquo that he will father kings. After, Ross and Angus enter with a message from the King declaring Macbeth Thane of Cawdor. This begins Macbeth’s curse of being consumed by ambition. The real Thane of Cawdor is found dead and the king pushes Macbeth’s ambition by saying “Oh worthy cousin”. Lady Macbeth talks with a Messenger about the Thane of Cawdor and by saying “Oh worthy cousin”....
