They put aside their own egos and work toward a shared goal, winning. b- What exactly is a team? Teams differ from other type of groups. In a team, members are focused on a joint goal or a product such as a presentation, completing in-class exercises, taking notes, discussing a topic, writing a report, or winning a specified prize. c- Dynamics Team dynamics are functions to do an assignment or a task. Team dynamics are complex because each member must direct his or her unique talented toward achieving a shared goal. d- Team Leaders One of the team member most important task is preventing distractions from interfering with teams work. They have to pay attention to any concerns any member has. If these concerns begin to cause trouble between the members, the team leader has to step up and talk to the members. either way the distraction will prevent the whole team from achieving its goal.the distraction will prevent the whole team from achieving its goal....
