In recent projects, he has been working diligently on wind turbine towers because of his enthusiasm regarding energy production and likewise acknowledges the power crisis we face today. He has worked as the principal investigator on research projects for NSF, NASA, Ohio Department of Transportation, and other private industries. For his contributions to engineering science and technology, it is our privilege to nominate Dr. Huckelbridge for the Faculty Appreciation Award for Achievements in Engineering (FAAAE).
