AMS 311, Spring Semester 2010 Practice Second Examination (Revised) Your second examination will be on Wednesday, March 24. The graded examinations will be returned on Friday, March 26. The examination will be cumulative and will cover Chapters 1 through and including Chapter 6. The focus of the examination will be on Chapters 4, 5, and 6. Professor Finch’s Exam Week office hours (Math Tower, 1-118) : Friday, March 19: regular office hour, 1-2 pm. Monday, March 22: 1-3 pm. Tuesday, March 23: 1-3 pm. Lu Wang’s Exam Week office hours (Harriman 010) : Friday, March 19: 10-11:30 am. Tuesday, March 23: 6-7:30. Wednesday, March 24: regularly scheduled hour (2-3:30) has been moved to Tuesday. Min-Min Lyu Exam week office hours (Harriman 010) : Monday, March 22: 5:30-7 Tuesday, March 23: 3-4:30. The following problems are from the material that you are responsible for. I have asked them on other AMS 311 examinations. The examination will have two forms, with about 5 questions on each form.
