Jones, Understanding and Managing Organizational Behavior , Pearson – Prentice Hall, 2008 COURSE OBJECTIVES: The OB course is designed to familiarize students with the human element of management. The many factors which have an impact on how individuals and groups act, think, feel and respond to work and organizational situations, and the attitudes and behaviors resulting from these, will be treated. Students will get familiarized with the tools, theories and concepts which will aid them in the future to improve and modify individual and group behavior that will improve the way individuals and organizations will reach their goals. One guiding theme throughout the course will be the question of ethics. METHOD OF INSTRUCTION AND COURSE REQUIREMENTS
