Nick Fortune English 102-35 January 19, 2006 This letter is in regards to the upcoming execution of Perrie Dyon Simpson. The claims by Steve Ford do not note that as a child Simpson was evaluated and against claims by Dr. Frank Wood, in 1980 Dr. Joseph Steifel found no brain or organ damage which made medication necessary.
