Brett Larose ENC 1101 Section 15 Nathan Holic 11/23/2009 5 Goals For Revision Core II 1. Global Goal: Thesis. My thesis was not as clear as it could have been. I need to make sure that my thesis is absolutely, positively getting straight to the point, without “beating around the bush.” 2. Global goal: Connecting my ideas. There are very good observations and ideas throughout the paper, but they are scattered and not interlinked together. I need to make sure that my paragraphs link together fluidly without any awkwardness. 3. Global goal: Showing vs. Telling. There were a couple of times throughout my paper that briefly stated a social trend without putting any specificity
