Country #1: India India, the largest democratic country, is now consider as one of the most emerging countries of world. Second largest populated country of the world have diverse cultural values that varies with region specific. India have 4 major religions with other small religions which make us rich in culture and and religious festivals. After the independence in 1947, India was left with choice of being hindu nation or being secular nation. While India chose to be secular, Pakistan opted to be Islamic nation. India is a vast country with enormous geographical variations. The features that make Indian geography unique are - its mountain ranges, valleys, desert regions, tropical rain forests, fertile plains, dry plateaus, coastal areas etc. Geographical difference of regions bring difference in people eating and wearing habits. India lies between 8º4' and 37º6' north of the Equator. Surrounding the country is the Bay of Bengal in the east, the Arabian Sea in the west and the Indian Ocean in the south. It is the seventh largest country and India is having largest peninsula. India have a mix of traditional and western culture. With spread of education, people have adopted western culture without impacting their traditional values. Indian food is famous for variety and now a days universally accepted by many countries throughout the world. India is having highest young population that keep them ahead of China with the gift of being intelligent and technologically skilled labor. Most of the computer software are build in India or by some Indian working in Foreign firms History Divided in 7 Periods 1. Original Indians (1700BC – 3300BC) Indus Valley Civilization: Mohenja-daro and Harappa People 2. Aryans (2500BC – 322BC) India’s Root Culture 3. The Mauryan Empire (322BC – 188BC ) Spread of Buddhism 4.Gupta Period (320AD – 480AD) Golden Age of India 5. Muslim Period (1175AD – 1800AD) Turks and Mughals 6. European Rule (1800AD – 1947AD) Portuguese, French, Dutch, and English 7. Independence and Democratic India India was invaded by many countries in history,that is why India is having many religions and faiths. Being Hinduism and Islam the major religions of this country. There are many conflicts and civil war happened between believers of these two religions. . Country #2: China China, a great and beautiful country in the world, is always attracting to the world’s attention. China is the third largest country, and it has 9,600,000 sq km of area, including Taiwan. China is located in the Middle and East of Asia, on the western shore of the Pacific Ocean. As well, China is bordered the East of China Sea, Korea Bay, Yellow Sea, and South China Sea. China has twenty-two provinces, five autonomous regions, and four municipalities directly under the Central Government; also it has two special autonomous regions which are Hongkong and Macau.
