Robert Maksimow History 100 Exam 1 Rewrite The four elements of Nation Building played a huge role in the development of the United States of America. Prior to 1776 and the Declaration of Independence, Americans were faced with several economic struggles which were reinforced by the English Crown. The conflicts between the United States and England were increasing, as upcoming events will prove a recipe for disaster among the newly established colonies. Early colonists, known as Puritans, fled England primarily for religious freedom but also to acquire new land and start a new life, however, Americans were still under the laws and guidelines set by the English Crown. Between 1776 and 1815, the United States had its own fair share of wars and heroes and in 1773 there was the Boston Tea Party which was a protest to the taxation without representation issues which were brewing in the United States and a small piece of the pie which led up to the successful nation building on which this country was truly based.

As a current student on this bumpy collegiate pathway, I stumbled upon Course Hero, where I can find study resources for nearly all my courses, get online help from tutors 24/7, and even share my old projects, papers, and lecture notes with other students.

The ability to access any university’s resources through Course Hero proved invaluable in my case. I was behind on Tulane coursework and actually used UCLA’s materials to help me move forward and get everything together on time.
