Travis McPeak September 25, 2008 CECS 478 Homework #2 1. Decrypt the following encrypted quotation: tebkfkqebzlropblcerjxkbsbkqp “When in the course of human events” I wrote a program to solve this problem. I put the cipher text in a file called “cipherText.txt”. I put my cipher text file along with the compiled version of the following program. Once I was finished compiling I just ran the program and visually scanned the outputs.
