Unformatted text preview: 1 Cheating the University Among the students who get admission into some respected universities like Indiana University, some of them are wicked minded. Instead of studying and progressing towards better academic achievement, they tend to cheat the university in one way or the other. They have found several ways, which can benefit them no matter what it costs. Let us talk about some cheatings and causes for them. There are many tactics using which they cheat the college. The first way would be the academic cheating in which a student sometimes cheats the college for a good cause. For example, some students who do not understand something in one lecture would go to different instructor’s lecture without notifying that particular instructor or respective department. This kind of cheating would be done for the noble cause. It is good to study in more than one lecture but it is a kind of cheating when a student doesn’t let some authoritative person know about that. Generally it is not advisable. Only few will recommend that. Some types of cheating are very immoral. Some students would never or seldom go to the lectures. When they are caught doing so, then they would make excuses, produce some fake certificates or other documents, and somehow they will manage to save themselves. Some departments like the Mathematics department, the Computer science department, and some of the Business departments give web works, which are generally due every week. Students just need to provide answers over the internet in any manner within that time limit. So when some students are not able to complete that work, sometimes they get them done with the help of either seniors or friends.
