I know this sort of seems like busy work, but it isnt. It is really helpful and important for you to get used to typing in basic commands in MATLAB and getting them to work. You must turn this in . Unfortunately; Matlab is not good about saving your work. So either print regularly or copy and paste into WORD document. Also, I know this takes a lot of paper; you may want to decrease the font quite a bit and maybe delte a lot of the spaces in between lines. Be sure to frequently (once a page) write your name.
