Job Description2Job DescriptionChoosing the right candidates for specific positions within a company can be very difficult for Human Resource Management. The process of gathering the necessary information about well-qualified individuals is the responsibility of the Human Resource Manager. It is imperative that the right selection is made the first time, so they do not lose out on a more qualified person (Youssef, 2015). Human Resource Managers look at tasks, tools and technology,knowledge, skills, and abilities, and the education requirements of the potential employee applying for the position. There are a variety of methods to use in finding the right candidate for the position. The two methods that can be used to recruit qualified candidates are interview and testing. Employee selection can easily be followed by taking the necessary steps that are set in place in which this will result in achieving the best qualified employee.Chungyalpa & Karshma (2016) states, “recruitment and selection process can easily be considered to be one of the most critical functions of and organization. As the business environment becomes more and more competitive, having the right people with the right skills for the right tasks becomes all the more critical”.
