Unformatted text preview: To Whom I t May Concern: I like to eat at Claim Jumper. I find the food amazing at your restaurant. But the last time I was there, I did not have an enjoyable experience. I t just started out on the wrong foot. I came into Claim Jumper last week, wanting to have a nice meal. W hen I got to the restaurant, i t did not seem that busy, but it took the host t wenty minutes to seat me. After he did seat me, he didn’t even apologize for t he wait. After that, i t was another fif teen minutes until I had a server, even t hough the restaurant still was not that busy. Even when I received a server, he messed up my drink order twice, took another fif teen minutes to take my food order, and then he lost my order three times. When he finally brought me my food, he brought the wrong order. He brought me fried chicken i nstead of chicken fried steak. When he brought me my check, he charged me for both the fried chicken and the chicken fried steak. After we sorted that out, I left. Again, like I said at the beginning of the letter, I used to love eating at C laim Jumper. But now, after my recent experience I don’t think I will be eating there again. Conor Laughlin ...
