21:22 Laughlin, G. Conor English 101, November 13, 2008 Hertweck, Tom Parking sucks. Period. It is an acquired talent that takes a lot of practice; especially parallel parking (an art form that I have yet to master). Parking in large areas, like the ones at Walmart or the ones at the mall, is a multifaceted hazard: one that includes remembering your car’s location, worrying about numskulls hitting it with their car, shopping carts or beverage containers, causing scratches, dents or greater damage to your car. Parking really sucks when you have to pay for it, like at sporting events, concerts or in a casino parking lot. I, like many students, am frustrated at the expensive cost of parking on the Universtiy of Nevada Reno campus. $375 for a yearlong parking permit or $188 for a semester permit is asking too much to leave my car in a dirty, unsupervised parking garage. The parking garages as it says on the UNR website are supervised “strictly” until five in the afternoon. If this were true, there would be a great deal more parking violation and speeding tickets. There have been many times where some kid driving his car way
