Tom, I chose this problem because I did not want to pay $375 for a parking pass. I just did not have enough money. The stakeholders would be the people at the parking department, and their concerns had much to do with security, but as I had said in my proposal, it needs improvement. The most difficult part of this project was finding a feasible solution. Unless no one bought a parking pass, they are not going to lower the price. So because I noticed the lack of constant security, increasing security became my solution. The UNR website was a valuable source of information to me.

The biggest compromise was not having a lower price be my solution. I still feel it’s a bit pricy, but if I got my money’s worth, I would be more willing to pay it. The parking department would have to give out more jobs to fill twenty-four hour security, the permit holders would get better security and a better value, and more people would buy a parking pass....
