Week 3- Discussion Question #1, Discussion Question 1 In what ways are purpose, audience, tone, and content different for interpersonal and business communication? Provide specific examples. Consider your experience. If you have not worked in a business environment, ask a friend, parent, or other adult about their experiences. When I talk to my family and friends my purpose, tone and content. The purpose is more laid back and the tone I use is easier. My grammar is not proper like hey man or sis what you up to. The content that I use when I talk to my family is friendly and less direct to the point. The messages that I send my family are les professional and I don’t pay attention to what I say o mean. Unlike when I talk to my boss my purpose is more direct and to the point. My tone is more professional and my grammar is proper and I always have respect for my boss and I say thing like no sir, Yes mam.
