Week 5 DQ 1 A healthful diet and regular exercise will not only improve health but also lower health care costs. The types of paragraphs I would use to support this topic would be using cause and effect. By explaining the cause and effect this shows the before and after effect (while showing was to change bad habits). Some of the information you would have in the paragraphs would be talking about how studies have shown that millions of people in the United States could and needs to improve their health by adding regular exercise and changing their eating habits to more healthy will not only help themselves but their family as well. Also showing how taking care of their bodies can help prevent or even improve multitude of diseases that come from being overweight, which can come from lack of exercise and unhealthy

Also I would give examples of these diseases that affect so many different people in the United States and world ranging from diabetes, high blood pressure, stroke, cardiovascular disease, hypertension, hyperthyroidism, angina, insulin resistance, and much more. But at the same time I would make sure to have in there by having a healthy lifestyle does not guarantee that people will not get sick. But to say by having a healthy lifestyle it does increase the ability for you to feel healthier and more energy. I would also add in that by being healthier you would have lower medical bills because you would not get as sick thus less doctor visits. And summing it all up showing that a healthier lifestyle is the better way to go and out ways the effort it takes to have a healthier lifestyle....
