Also I would give examples of these diseases that affect so many different people in the United States and world ranging from diabetes, high blood pressure, stroke, cardiovascular disease, hypertension, hyperthyroidism, angina, insulin resistance, and much more. But at the same time I would make sure to have in there by having a healthy lifestyle does not guarantee that people will not get sick. But to say by having a healthy lifestyle it does increase the ability for you to feel healthier and more energy. I would also add in that by being healthier you would have lower medical bills because you would not get as sick thus less doctor visits. And summing it all up showing that a healthier lifestyle is the better way to go and out ways the effort it takes to have a healthier lifestyle....
