It is important that CRM implementation starts with careful planning, which includes having a strategy for CRM implementation, setting up a team for CRM implementation, and creating a schedule to follow for CRM implementation. Riordan Manufacturing will concentrate on a CRM team in order to have full focus on the implementation of the new process.
