Some of the benefits you will receive by taking multivitamins are a boost in your metabolism. An improvement in your immune system and nervous system is a work from taking multivitamins. Multivitamins plays a role in enhancing bone density. It helps your body consume calcium. Vitamins are also well known for keeping your skin healthy. Taking a multivitamin everyday does not raise your intake of a particular vitamin or mineral. No known multivitamin on the market comes anywhere close to having toxic levels of any vitamin or mineral taking only one a day as recommended. Everyone should be taking a multivitamin everyday, as our food supply is depleted of many of vitamins and minerals we need. The consequences of toxicity in vitamins are those who take to many particular vitamins or consume a certain food. Too much of any type of vitamin can cause health problems and can even lead to death. The vitamins that I take are called one a day woman. I take the multivitamin once
