Unformatted text preview: schedule so that my body does not retain fat that I do not need. By eating the way I do, my body has no idea what to do. My work does not help in this area. I need to set a schedule and stick to it. Having structure will get my body into a routine and allow only those fats that I need to be retained. I need to get better sleep and eat out less. Cooking the food I eat will keep out the preservatives and I will know exactly what I am putting in my body. I am able to see the differences in my eating habits since starting this class. I have lost weight and am beginning a regiment that I will be able to stick to for life. This is a great choice for me. Thank you for that....
