How does your diet compare to the recommendations you received from the Food Guide Pyramid? How many servings from each food group did you consume? I do not eat badly, just not enough of the correct things. I ate enough grains through my cereal and bread product. My vegetable intake is always great; I had my share plus some. My fruits are good too. I have a banana a day and get some other fruit if I can. I try to eat enough fruits. Milk is the hard part. I only get the milk that is in things. I am lactose intolerant and tend to only drink milk when I crave it. My meat and beans is good too. I eat fish and chicken mostly and red meat occasionally. How might you modify your diet to get the recommended servings for each food group? What are some nutrient-rich foods that you could add to your daily diet? I would modify the fruit and vegetables to get more in my day. I would modify the milk product to get more for my well being. I will change the amount of sugars I get and decrease the oil
