Outline of the risks of Malathion 1. Hazard Identification: Exposure to Malathion has shown in test to increase the risk of cancer. The chance is present to have pregnancy complications, and possible birth defects. 2. Dose-response Assessment: Being exposed in short term periods to Malathion, if the level is high enough, can cause health symptoms in an individual. People who work with the product, and have a high contact rate, have a higher risk of developing health conditions.
