Course Requirements and Policies: Required Text - Pagano, R. R. (2007). Understanding statistics in the behavioral sciences (8th ed.). (Earlier editions should work fine, but you will be responsible for any discrepancies.) Attendance - Attendance will not be recorded and will not directly affect your grade. However attending lectures is important for getting a good grasp of the material. I may teach things in class that aren’t in the book, or I may use a different approach to teach a concept that is in the book. You will remember and understand the material better if you learn it in multiple ways through multiple media (read it, hear it, write it). Grading -
