What claims are being made? That the owner of these dogs did not take proper care of these dogs Run on sentence. Classmate might consider: The claims made in the clip were that the owner of the dogs did not take good care of them. May consider: People like the owners of the Pits are the kind of people that give them a bad name. Might consider: I also do not agree that the dogs may have to be put down because they don’t get along with other dogs. Some dogs are just territorial. Incomplete sentence and not explained. Did not explain answer. . The owners were training the dogs to fight and running a dog ring. They also state that only a hand full of dogs will be able to adopt out due to the others not getting along with other dogs.

My Classmate did infact accurately indentify some of the claims made in the news clip. My classmate might have considered that there were other claims made in the clip. Elisa Hahn, the anchor woman made claims about the owners of the dogs as well as several claims of how the neighbors felt about the situation. Do the claims conflict with your personal observations? I personally feel that the owners of the dogs should be punished to the max for harming the dogs,
