Energy conservation is important in daily living especially in todays tough economical situation. The more efforts that we take to conserve energy the lower our energy bills will be. Another very important reason for the conservation of energy is the more energy that we consume the more pollutants we are releasing to Mother Earth. There is also a limited amount of non renewable energy sources, by conserving energy we are prolonging the non renewable sources for future use. Pollution is a large factor in the conservation of energy, the use of fossil fuels adds to air and water pollution. There are two types of energy sources, renewable and non-renewable. Renewable energy sources are constantly restored and consist of wind, water, solar, vegetation and geothermal (using the Earths internal heat). Only about 9% of Americans opt for renewable sources (EPA (using the Earths internal heat)....
