Homework : Homework will be assigned every Tuesday and due the Tuesday of the following week. Homework must be submitted before the beginning of class. No late homework accepted. Each homework problem will be graded thusly: 2 pts per question awarded if “reasonable” effort, 1 pt for any effort. (20%) Home work solutions will be posted the evening that they are due. Tests : Aug 20 th and Sept 3 rd during last 90 minutes of class. Closed book , closed notes but can bring one 9 ½ by 11 inch sheet of paper and calculator. (25% each) Final : Sept 5 th ,Saturday, from 7-10 PM Closed book, closed notes but can bring one 9 ½ by 11 inch sheet of paper and calculator. (30%)
