There are a lot of differences between fiction and reality. Some of the differences are like the movie A Few Good Men is a good example. On that movie you can see some things that you will not see in real life are where the attorney had yelled at the witness at that trial. In real life if an attorney would of yelled at someone then you would of seen the judge quite the court room down. That was just one of the differences that you would see in a movie that you would not see in real life. Another real fact about the movie that I am sure could not happen in real life is the end of the movie where the two guys came in from the air field that was not on the witness list. Normally I believe that anyone that is going to be used either for the prosecution or the defendants side will be one the list so that both the government and the attorney will know who is going to be put on the stand. Some more things that you can tell the movie was totally fictional was the fact that the witness that got shot you know that in real life that a witness is protected by the government and even if that case did exist the witness would be protected better and the Marshalls would of never left the door for one minute not only that they would of heard the gun shot and would of busted the door in and went in to try to get medical for the witness. This is like the law in a living body. The American way of life is that there are laws that are made not to be broken; it is like the rules at anybody’s house when you go anywhere there are rules. The United States of America has a thing called a constitution this is there so that the laws that cover the land will be enforced the constitution was adopted in 1787 and the

courtrooms are there so that it can be followed. So the courtrooms are like someone’s parents
