Eukaryotes are membrane-bound organelles with a cell nucleus, while Prokaryotes are not membrane-bound and do not have nuclei containing DNA. Some of the world’s simplest organisms are bacteria and fungi. Prokaryotes are divided into Bacteria and Archaea. The cell structure of bacteria is generally only a few micrometers in length and range in shape from spheres to rods and spirals. B. The bacteria in Petri plates will use “agar,” a polysaccharide that acts as a culture medium for the bacteria. Many cleaning agents attempt to get rid of bacteria by creating ingredients that kill and keep bacteria from returning. Soft Soap and Treasury soap are two such products. C. The point of the experiment is to test Soft Soap and Treasury soap to see how well they reduce the bacteria in the environment. Does one work better than the other? D. Hypothesis:
