The objectives of this survey are: i) To examine the critical factors significantly lead to customer satisfaction. ii) To identify the most critical service dimension that lead to link to customer satisfaction of KFC patrons. iii) To study the relationship between consumer-perceived service quality and customer satisfaction. We are students from Graduate School of Management, UPM, currently working on a project to fulfill the partial requirement for Marketing Research subject.
